Jahu College of Technology FATEC-JAHU is a public higher education institution offering undergraduate courses to train technologists to meet current and emerging segments of economic activity.
Mission: To promote the formation of highly qualified citizens and professionals capable of developing society in all its aspects.
Vision: Through teaching, research and extension, be recognized by the scientific community and society at large as a Technology Reference Center.
Values: Contribute to the formation of citizens and professionals with ethical awareness, competence, responsibility and social commitment.
It belongs to the Paula Souza State Center for Technological Education, a state authority linked to the State Secretariat of Science, Technology and Economic Development.
The Paula Souza Center administers 220 State Technical Schools (ETECs) and 66 Faculties of Technology (FATECs) in the State of São Paulo.
Jahu College of Technology was created by Decree No. 31,255 of February 23, 1990, rectified by D.O.E. March 1, 1990. By Decree No. 39,471 of 7 November 1994, the new wording was given to a provision specifying Decree 31,255 of 23 February 1990.
